This third book in Landon’s series brings Beth (Suzy’s sister) and Nick (Gray’s brother) together. Landon hints to something going on between these two during the second book – Not Planning on You, but I certainly did not see this storyline coming. This easiest way to describe Beth is simply – she’s not Suzy. Beth has A LOT of insecurities about her body, and getting laid off from her teaching job hasn’t helped. Nick has the reputation as a PLAYBOY extraordinaire, and just the kind of guy Beth likes to avoid. But one night of passion leads to a secret romance that after some time … just can’t be kept a secret anymore. Once again, the dialogue is FUNNY AND ENTERTAINING. Nick AND Suzy are a hoot when they are in the same room, and tender when they’re with Beth. Both Beth and Nick’s parents show up in this installment, and provide a different dimension to Beth, Nick, Suzy and Gray. Landon hit a trifecta here: funny dialogue, great supporting characters, and a super hot romance!! Love it!!!

After reading "Weekends Required," and "Not Planning on You," I did not think Sydney's books could get any better.....well guess again!! "Fall for Me" was so good, so real and so funny!!!Anyone who has had a weight problem anytime in their life can relate to Beth. But she finally decides to step out of the pitty role when Nick comes into her life. The reactions from her family, specifically, her sister and his brother, who are a couple, find out Beth and Nick are dating are absolutely hilarious!! Here is a couple you never expect to make it to the "happily ever after," but you have to read this book to find out. If you have not read Sydney's first two books, I recommend you do, as it will help you to understand the dynamics of all the other characters in this book. I cannot wat for Sydney's next book. Take my word for it, you will love this series!!!!
I loved this story! I laughed so hard during the baby sitting scene, too precious! And of course I loved that sassy mouth of big sis Suzy. Each book in this series just gets better and better. I was touched to see the serious handling of Beth's issues with food and the support from Nick. I'm thinking that the next edition will be about Ella, should be fun. We waited so long for this story, but it was worth the wait. Thanks Sydney.
Fall For Me

Book three in The Danvers Novel has Beth Denton shocking her sister Suzy with unexpected
news. Beth is pregnant and the father is Nick Merimon, the brother of Suzy's fiancée Grayson.
Beth is insecure, she knows Nick is a playboy and fears he won't stick around when
he finds out.

Nick is an exceptionally handsome and wealthy playboy and women throw themselves at him.
He wants the relationship he shares with Beth to work but is a relationship built on
satisfying and wild sex be enough? What about love?

Another great book in the series, I always enjoy reading and catching up with the characters
from the previous books, Claire and Jason, Suzy and Grayson they add the bond you expect
from friends and family.

It was heartbreaking to see Beth go through the struggles of an eating disorder and her fears
that she will lose Nick once she packs on the baby weight. I cried with Beth during her times
of sorrow and laughed when Suzy freaked out when she learned her kitchen counter was
Beth and Nick's first sexual encounter!

I'm hoping the author Sydney Landon will
continue with Ella and Declan, they have a story that needs to be told.
Having so enjoyed the first two books in this fabulous Danver series, it was with high hopes that I started talented author, Sydney Landon's, Fall For Me. Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed the story, her uncanny humor, and sensitive handling of difficult subjects.

Surprisingly, the handsome sex-god Hero, Nick Merimon, didn't want to fall in love and leave his bachelor ways behind him. This only surprised me because he came from such wonderful, loving parents, and had recently watched his brother's love induced transformation from alone workaholic to content family man. However, he did thankfully realise, that he had something special in his relationship with delightful, yet guarded Beth Denton.

In the first chapter, Beth shared with her sassy sister Suzy, that she was pregnant and that Nick was the father. However, we also learnt, that due to Beth's incredibly deep self loathing, she didn't believe she could be loved by swoon worthy Nick. She tried desperately to maintain a detached heart, and simply enjoy Nick for as long as he would be around. (and I must add here - enjoy him she surely did!!!! Phew!)

Fall for Me touched on many deep issues. Self esteem, loss and even the responsibility of parents to think before they speak. All was provided within a funny, sexy and believable story, with the requisite HEA that we romance readers require. I thoroughly enjoy Sydney Landon's writing style, and cannot wait for more. Suzy often provided well-timed and laugh-out-loud comedic relief with her quirky wit, and of course, Nick has joined my impressively long list of book boyfriends. I mean, why wouldn't he? He can bake Red Velvet chocolate cakes!

If you haven't read the first book, Weekends Required - get it!!! Having just finished Fall For Me, I cannot resist going back to the start again. Loved the characters. Loved the stories. Enjoy!
